Side Diode-radial-pumped All-solid-state Actively Mode-locked Nd:YAG Laser

摘要 采用热补偿环形径向侧面泵浦Nd:YAG模块进行了连续主动声光锁模激光的实验研究,利用自行设计的锁相环反馈电路,获得脉冲宽度为488ps,输出功率达10W的稳定锁模脉冲输出。 An actively mode-locked Nd:YAG laser is reported with an acousto-optic modulation device. Emplo ying the compact pump module which utilize a radial array of close-coupled diode laser arrays for efficient direct side pumping of the Nd : YAG rod. As well as, a phase-lock loop circuit is obtained 10 - W continuous-wave modelocked stable pulses and the pulse width is 488 ps.TN248.35
