摘要
1990年6月以来，我们采用阴股沟皮瓣（以阴部外浅及阴唇后动脉为蒂，大小9cm～10cm×4cm～5cm）转移再造阴道3例，取得满意效果．文中详细介绍了阴股沟皮瓣的设计及手术方法，并就其优点和注意事项进行讨论如下，优点：①阴股沟为轴型皮瓣，血供丰富，易成活；②瓣薄，再造阴道不臃肿，柔软洁净，有弹性，无需长期佩带模具；③外阴基本正常；④部位隐蔽；⑤皮瓣感觉良好，性生活满意．注意事项：①必须熟悉该皮瓣解剖知识，了解阴部外浅及阴唇后动脉走向及穿出点位置；②造穴时需以导尿管和手指引导，防止误伤尿道、膀胱及直肠；③阴道外口需设计三角形瓣插入皮筒口部，防止环形狭窄；④加强术前、术后护理，控制饮食及排便，防止感染；⑤避免过早蹲位排便，以防再造阴道皮瓣远端裂开．
3 cases of vaginal reconstruction were performed satisfactarily by pudedo-femoral skin flap since 1990．The design and operation methop were suggested in detail．The author discussed advantages of this method as follows：① With good blood supply and high survival rate as a kind of axial flap．② Vaginal reconstruction with character of thin. soft, clean, elasticity, good sense and satisfactory sexual nature．③ With normal perineum and conceal donor area． About the key points of the operation were also discussed
