Anesthesia informed consent paper is a very important medical instrument of the modern medical system. This article is focusing on the content of the anesthesia informed consent paper, analyzing the rights and obligations between the doctor and the patient embodied in anesthesia informed consent paper, and discussing how to build a harmonious relationship between the doctor and the patient by using the anesthesia informed consent paper, on the same time, thinking about the existed outstanding possible problems during the period of carrying out the anesthesia informed consent paper.
