摘要
目的了解目前国内临床护理人员在实施循证护理的障碍因素,并提出对策。方法通过文献回顾,了解目前护理人员在实施循证护理实践遇到的困难。结果护理人员缺乏相关知识及评判性思维;实证依据数量不足,护理人员对检索工具和计算机掌握不足;护理人员缺乏时间和精力;护理科研质量欠缺;护理人员对科研证据的评价能力不足;理论研究与临床实际应用脱节等。结论针对循证护理存在的障碍因素,一方面,通过改善护理的学校教育和临床再教育从长远来提高护理人员的循证护理能力;另一方面,通过加强护理管理来增强循证护理的医疗支持系统,保证循证护理实践的质量,从而更好地推动中国护理事业的发展。
Objective To investigate the barriers to the manipulation of evidence-based nursing of clinical nurses and to propose ways of overcoming these barriers in China. Method A literature review was conducted to investigate the difficulties in practicing evidence-based nursing of clinical nurse. Result The main barriers included lack of related knowledge and critical thinking, few institutes engaged in evidence-based nursing research in China, un-fitfulness of foreign database to Chinese situations, lack of knowledge about retrieving engines and computer science, nurses＇ deficiency in time and energy, poor quality in nursing research, nurses＇ inability to evaluate scientific data, and gap between theoretical research and practical application. Conclusions The evidence-based nursing ability of nurses can be improved by improving nursing teaching in school and clinical re-education in a long run. On the other hand, the completion and enhancement of nursing management can provide a medical supporting system for enhanced evidence-based nursing. Thereafter, the quality of evidence-based nursing can be ensured so as to push the quick development of nursing.
