摘要 "四性"和"五味"不仅是反映中药药性的重要方面,更是临床配伍组方中不能忽视的关键环节。五苓散方出自《伤寒论》,临床上可以治疗各种水液代谢障碍有关的疾病,关于其配伍规律,大多数医家从其君、臣、佐、使等方面进行研究,而且相关争议也不少,通过运用数学方法对五苓散方中药物四气五味进行研究可以得出五苓散方性以热性为主,而味则以甘和辛味为主,为方剂尤其是经方配伍规律的研究提供了新的思路。 Four properties and Five tastes are not only the important parts which reflect medicinal property of traditional medicines, but also the key elements which can't be ignored in clinical compatibility and prescription formulation. Wulingsan, which comes from Shang Han Lun, can be used to treat the diseases concerned with disturbance of water metabolism. In respect of its compatibility of the law, most doctors study it by analyzing its sovereign medicinal, minister medicinal, assistant medicinal and courier medicinal and there is much controversy about it. Mathematic methods are used to study the four properties and five tastes about the medicines of Wulingsan and conclusions can be reached that the property of Wulingsan is mainly hot and the tastes of it are mainly sweet and acrid or pungent-spicy, which provide a new approach for the research of formulae, especially for the research of the compatibility of the law of classic formulae.
