摘要
介绍周福生教授治疗脾胃病的用药特点。周教授认为临床治疗脾胃病应抓住脾胃的生理病理特点,重视肝、心与脾胃的联系,脾胃病补泻治疗应补以甘酸、泻以苦辛,临床用药注意不要太过苦寒、太过甘温、太过辛散,还应详辨药物功用性能,用药应动静结合。
Introduce professor zhou fusheng＇s medication experience in treating the spleen and stomach disease. Professor zhou thinks that it is essential to grasp splenico-gastric physiological and pathological feature. The relationship between liver,heart and the spleen and stomach is also emphasized. As for reinforcing and reducing method,it must reinforce with sweet-acid flavor, reduce with bitter-pungent flavor, meanwhile, clinical medication should not be too bitter cold, too sweet warm and too pungent disperse. In addition ,differentiating the function of herbs ,Dynamic and static combination are also be considered.
