基于虚拟仪器技术的煤矿局部通风机监测系统设计

摘要 将虚拟仪器技术引入局部通风的监测中,采集其附近的瓦斯含量、巷道风速和风机转速等参数,通过网络传输到上位机进行模拟显示,为生产和维修提供了决策依据。且结果表明,此方法不仅节约了成本,还大大缩短了监控系统的开发周期。 The article introduces that the virtual instrumental technology is used to monitor the auxiliary fan. The parameters, including the gas content, the channel velocity and the fan speed, are transmitted to the upper monitor through the website, and they are simulated and shown. It provides the basis for the manufacture and the maintenance. Besides, the results show that the method not only saves the cost, but also reduces the developing period of the monitoring system.
