摘要
目的了解高校高级职称人员高血压、高血脂、高血糖发生情况,为该类人群疾病防治和保健工作提供依据。方法将广州市2所高校高级职称人员381例体检中血压、甘油三酯、空腹血糖结果进行统计分析。结果高血压、高血脂、高血糖的检出率分别为44.88%、70.08%、20.47%,并随年龄增长而升高;男性高血压检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高校高级职称人员高血压、高血脂、高血糖状况不容乐观,必须采取持之以恒的综合措施进行防治。
Objective To analyse the morbidity of hypertension, hyperlipoidemia and hyperglycemia in senior teachers, to propose an appropriate suggestion on health care to them. Method Total 381 senior teachers in two universities of Guangzhou were divided into several groups upon their sex and age. Results of health checkup of them about hypertension, hyperlipoidemia and hyperglycemia were compared in groups and were were collected and analysed. Results The morbidity of hypertension, hyperlipoidemia and hyperglycemia in senior teachers was 44. 88 M, 70.00 %, 20.47 % respectively, which had risen with age. Morbidity of male was higher than that of female which presented statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conlusion Senior teachers were vulnerable to hypertension, hyperlipoidemia and hyperglycemia, so more active measures of preventionis to be taken.
