摘要
采用酶联免疫检测技术测定了3种由巴西橡胶树花药离体组织培养的无性系组成的芽接树PR107/热研88-13、PR107/海垦2和PR107/大丰99接穗(PR107)胶乳中生长素(IAA)、细胞分裂素(iPAs)的含量在一年中不同季节的变化情况,同时利用DH925A型微波胶乳测试仪测定了胶乳干含(DRC),分析了它们之间的相互关系,结果表明:同一嫁接组合材料在不同月份采胶,胶乳中IAA或iPA含量差异极显著,胶乳中IAA和iPA含量受季节影响明显;割胶对胶乳中IAA和iPA含量有显著的影响,割胶后二者含量成倍增加;不同砧木材料(热研88-13、海垦2和大丰99)对同一接穗(PR107)胶乳中的IAA和iPA含量的影响是不同的,二者的含量在不同嫁接组合中存在显著差异;IAA、IAA/iPA与胶乳干含呈显著正相关,iPA与胶乳干含的相关性不显著(但接近显著相关水平)。表明IAA和iPA参与了产胶调节;干胶产量与胶乳中IAA和iPA含量及IAA/iPA比值具有一定正相关关系,但相关性不显著。
The seasonal changes of contents of IAA and iPA in latex of grafted Hevea brasiliensis trees,which were bred by tissue culture with anther cells,named self-root clones,consisted of ReYan88-13,HaiKen2 and DaFeng99 as the rootstocks respectively,PR107 as the scions were determinde by the method of plant hormonal immunoassay. Meanwhile, the dry rubber content (DRC) was determined using micro-wavelength detecting of latex,and then the interacting relationships among them were analyzed. The results indicated that the contents oflAA and iPA in different seasons ,from the same grafted material ,had apparent differences. It indicated that IAA and iPA in latex were affected evidendy by seasonal factors.The contents of IAA and iPA in latex were affected apparently by rapping,because they increased as times as account after tapping.There were apparent differences in contents of IAA and iPA in latex of scions among the different grafted materials. It indicated that the effects, from different rootstocks (ReYan88-13,HaiKen2 and DaFeng99) to the same scion (PR107),were different.There was an apparently positive relativity between DRC and content oflAA or the ratio of IAA/iPA. The relativity between DRC and content ofiPA was not apparently,but approaching to the apparent level in statistic. It indicated that the IAA and iPA in latex had taken part in the regulation of latex regeneration. However, there were no apparent relativities between yield and content oflAA,iPA,or the ratio of IAA/iPA.
