摘要
本文以文献〔1〕所给出的集成运放的噪声模型为基础,提出了集成运放基本电路(包括同相放大器和反相放大器)的等效En-In噪声模型的计算方法,进而给出了由低噪声分立元件与集成运放电路组成的级联放大器的噪声计算。与目前普遍使用的噪声源叠加法相比较,本文方法不仅计算简单,而且当电路中有阻抗元件时,En与In之间的相关性能够得到充分考虑,从而使噪声计算更加准确。文末通过仿真与实测结果的对比,证明了本文方法的可行性。
Based on the noise model of integrated operational amplifier (IOA) presented in the reference ,this paper presented a method of calculating the equivalent E n-I n noise model of the basic circuits of IOA which includes the in-phase and inverting amplifier respectively.Moreover,this paper describes the noise calculation of cascade amplifier composed of the low-noise discrete components and IOA.In comparison with the method of superposition of noise sources in common use now,not only the calcultion using this model is simple,but also the coherence between E n and I n can be fully considered when the circuits have the impedance elements,which will guarantee the correctness of noise calculation.Finally,the contrast between the simulated and measured results demonstrates the feasibility of this method.
