摘要
和谐社会的背景下,高等院校肩负研究、传承和引领和谐文化建设的重任。本文从和谐文化建设出发,阐述了高校管理理念、模式、制度、教学体制和教学方法等方面的创新。围绕和谐校园主题,树立和谐管理理念,建立和谐校园内部结构,营造和谐的管理环境,实现由刚性管理向柔性管理的转变。
Under the background of a harmonious society, universities are taking the studying, transferring, and leading harmonious culture construction as the responsibility. Based on the homonious culture construction, this paper expatiates the innovations in university＇s management concepts, models, system, teaching system, and teaching methods. This paper discusses the subject of the homonious culture construction to build up the ho- monious manangement concepts, to establish the homonious inner constructure, to construct the homonious management environment to realize the transformation from hard management to soft management.
