摘要
发电企业上游主要是能源供应商,下游主要是由国家垄断经营的电网公司和极少数电力直销大用户。本文以供应链管理为基础,重点探讨电力行业供应链管理的特征、现状和竞价上网的市场竞争策略。
Electric generating enterprises in the upper stream axe mainly energy suppliers, and enterprises in down stream are mainly electrieity compaines monopolized by the govenmment and very few big consumers of electric power direct selling. Based on the supply chain management, this paper discusses the characteristics and current status of supply chain management in power industry and the market competition strategies from the aspect of competitive bidding.
