摘要
磨煤机具有强耦合、非线性、大延迟等特性,采用常规PID控制器难以获得满意的控制效果。为此,将模糊控制和PID控制相结合用于磨煤机系统的控制,提高了系统的控制品质。仿真结果表明了这种方法在磨煤机系统控制的可行性与有效性。
Because of the strong coupling, nonlinearity and large delay of a ball mill system, it is difficult for a conventional PID controller to obtain satisfactory results in the system. Therefore, a method based on fuzzy control combining with PID control is used in a ball mill system, and it improves the qualities of the system. The simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective.
