摘要 目的探讨新生儿出院健康教育方法,提高新生儿的家庭护理质量。方法对2007年共600例新生儿的家长在患儿出院前采用示范性操作方式配合口头语言讲解、书面教育进行团体健康教育,采用电话回访进行效果评价。结果新生儿家长对团体健康教育的健康教育方式满意率达100%,对健康教育的内容全部理解掌握的家长达95%。结论采用团体健康教育的出院指导方式使家长丰富了知识,掌握了技能,提高了育儿水平,有利于新生儿的健康成长。 Objective To explore the method of giving discharge-health-education so as to improve the quality of home-caring for neonates. Methods The group education was conducted to parents of 600 cases of neonates through demonstrative performances supplemented by oral explanation and instructions in the written form. Then the effect was assessed by phone call. Results The rate of satisfaction of the parents in the health education registered 100%, and those who grasped all the contents of the education reached 95%. Conclusion Discharge guidance in the form of group health education enriches the knowledge of neonates' parents, furnishes them with the related skills and enhance their ability to take care of the new-born, all of which facilitates the healthy development of the neonates, and is thus worth clinical popularization.
