摘要
运用图像处理技术,以Matlab工具为测定平台,通过对涤棉混纺纱截面图像进行一系列的计算机图像处理,实现了提取纱线截面中的纤维截面的轮廓,并提取各纤维截面长、宽等特征参数,从而计算混纺比、标准差等多项指标,降低了人为的测定误差,提高了测定的速度。
By using image processing technology and taking Matlab tools as the platform, and by a series of computer image process for the cross-section images of the polyester/cotton yam, extracting the fiber cross-section profile of the blended yarns was realized. And the parameters such as the fiber cross-section length, width and other characteristics were also extracted. Therefore, a number of indicators were estimated such as the average blending ratio, standard deviation eta which reduced human errors in measurement and increased measuring speed.
