摘要
专题特色数据库是当前高职院校图书馆建设的一个重要方面，必须加强规划，立足馆藏，以人为本，多方联盟。其建设目标特色要体现地方性、专业性、标准化和现代化；其建设定位要讲究实用价值、突出专业特色和追求价值最大化。
The construction of the thematic characteristic of the database is an important aspect to any high vocational college library. It needs to strengthen its planning which is based on the library collections with a peopleoriented policy. It also needs multi-party alliances, The goals of the database construction should reflect local characters, professionalism, standardization and modernization. The practical values should be considered in deciding its direction or position of the library construction. It should highlight professional characteristics and pursue the maximum values,
