摘要
本文针对磨料微粉加工中需将粒度分布控制在特定范围的要求,基于流化床气流粉碎、涡轮分级的特性,配置根据康达效应设计的惯性分级装置,通过理论分析和实验验证,表明了该系统可以很好地满足磨料微粉加工的要求。
In order to maintain the particle size distribution in a special narrow range in abrasive micro-powder processing, and considering the characteristics of the Fluidized Bed opposed Jet Milling. Turbine classifying system, an inertia classifying device based on coanda effect was configured in the system. The principle of the system was analyzed and discussed in this paper. In addition, The result of the experiment with SiC indicated that the system can meet the needs of abrasive micro-powder processing.
