摘要
本文阐述了哈兹莱特(Hazelett)连铸机在连铸铜的过程中时常发生漏铜事故的问题,以及对该机一些参数进行测量的方法和测量结果。从对测量结果的分析,提出了产生漏铜的主要原因及解决此问题的建议;得出了解决漏铜的办法在于在适当的拉速和冷水量的条件下,合理地控制铜液的浇铸温度(控制在铜的熔点以上20~30℃的范围内)。
In this article, the breakout often occurring in course of continuous casting of liquid copper with Hazelett continuous caster was elaborated and description of measuring methods for some parameters of the continuous caster and its results also given. Based on the analysis of the measuring results, the main cause of the breakout and suggestions to prevent it were put forward , and it was found that the casting temperature of liquid copper must be controlled properly under a suitable casting speed and quantity of cooling water is an only way to prevent the breakout (casting temperature must be controlled with 20~30**************C over the fusing point of copper. )
