摘要
本文依据湘钢现场条件,建立了连铸方坯(150×150、240×240mm^2)凝固传热数学模型;它可应用于确定连铸二冷配水和连铸凝固过程的工艺分析。
According to the site condition of Xianggang, the paper has established a mathematical mode of solidification and heat tranfer for continuously cast billets (150X150, 240X240mm2). It can be applied to the establishment of the water volume distribution in the secondary cooling zones,.and the analysis of the concast solidification process.
