摘要
研究了复压复烧工艺中复烧温度和复烧时间对Ｆｅ－Ｃｕ粉末烧结件尺寸变化的影响。运用扩散方程对Ｆｅ－Ｃｕ粉末烧结合金化程度与时间的关系作了估算。结果表明，在研究条件下，复烧温度超高，烧结件经向膨胀量越大；复烧时间越长，烧结件经向膨胀量越小。
The effects of resintering temperature and time on dimensional change of Fe- Cu sintered parts were investigated. The relation between alloying degree of Fe-Cu sintered alloy and sintering time was estimated by diffusion equation. The estimated results indicat- ed that the radial expansion of sintered part was higher at higher resintering temperature and was lower for longer resintering time under conditions investigated.
