摘要
目的探讨颌面部皮肤血管瘤中肥大细胞(mast cell,MC)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、载脂蛋白J(Apolipoprotein J,ApoJ)的作用及三者的关系。方法颌面部血管瘤标本78例,增殖期36例、退化期28例、退化完成期14例。选取10例唇裂患者的唇部皮肤做正常对照。将每个标本连续切片4张,分别行HE染色和免疫组织化学染色,并计算MC数,bFGF和ApoJ阳性表达率。结果血管瘤中增殖期与退化期、退化完成期MC计数相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②血管瘤中增殖期bFGF阳性表达率,明显高于退化期和退化完成期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常对照组中bFGF表达率低。bFGF与MC计数表达呈正相关(r=0.35,P<0.01)。③血管瘤中ApoJ阳性表达结果,增殖期与退化期及退化完成期相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),正常皮肤中ApoJ无表达。结论在皮肤血管瘤中,MC、bFGF、ApoJ在血管瘤的形成发展和退化过程中起重要作用。
Objective To study the relationship among mast cells (MC), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), Apolipoprotein J(ApoJ) and their roles in maxillofacial cutaneous hemangiomas. Methods Seventy-eight cases of hemangiomas were selected, including proliferating phase (36 samples) , involuting phase (28 samples), and involuted phase (14 samples), according to criterica proposed before. The control samples were obtained from the labial skin tissues of cleft lip fatients. Each speciment was successively sectioned into four slides, one for hematoxylin, the others for mast cell counting, bFGF and ApoJ expression analyses. Results (1)There were remarkable differences of the mast cell counting among the proliferating phase, involuting phase, involuted phase (P 〈 0.01 ). (2)The bFGF was located in mast cell cytoplasm or extro-cellular matrix, bFGF expression looked dark brown and successively distributed in proliferating phase, light brown and unsuccessively distributed in involuting phase, and lighter and spotted in involuted phase, bFGF expression and mast cell count were statistically positive related (r = 0. 35, P 〈 0.01 ). (3)Significant difference of ApoJ counting was found among these three phases (P 〈 0.01 ) ApoJ was not expressed in nomal skin. Conclusion In cutaneous bemangioma, they may play important roles in the formation and development of hemangiomas.
