摘要
为研究柴油机曲轴-轴瓦的磨合磨损性能,在环-盘摩擦磨损试验机上进行了曲轴主轴颈-轴瓦材料配副磨合磨损试验,通过润滑油的光谱分析和铁谱分析研究了不同载荷下曲轴-轴瓦的磨合磨损性能。结果表明,在不同载荷下,曲轴-轴瓦磨合磨损性能存在一定差异。当试验载荷小于40N或大于60N时,其磨合磨损性能均较差;当试验载荷在40~60N时,其磨合磨损性能最佳。因此,曲轴-轴瓦在中等载荷下可获得良好的磨合磨损性能。
The running-in wear test for materials of crankshaft journal against bearing shell of diesel engine has been conducted by a ring-on-disc tester. The running-in wear properties of crankshaft-bearing shell under different loads has been studied by the spectrum and ferrography analysis of lubricating oil. It was shown that the certain differences exist in running-in wear properties of crankshaft -bearing shell under different loads. When the test load is less than 40 N and more than 60 N, its running in wear properties were poor. When the test load in 40 N - 60N, its running in wear properties were best. Therefore, crankshaft -bearing shell can obtain a good running-in wear properties in the middle test load.
