摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、因子分析等方法,对江苏省37个高水平后备人才基地建设现状的调查发现,存在基地项目布局、重点项目与国家高水平实力的渗透度低,基地建设的影响因素不达标;基地教练员素质与科学化训练水平不高,基地人才培养模式与市场经济可持续发展不适应等问题。提出了深化训练体制改革、优化资源配置、发挥地域优势、调整布局结构和优化项目设置、加强教练员的培养以及加大训练经费的投入等策略,为建立江苏省高水平后备人才基地规范化建设的长效机制提供参考。
The authors used literature methods, expert interview law, questionnaire survey procedure, factorial analysis and so on to investigate the current state of high level backup talent base construction in Jiangsu province, and revealed such problems as that the project layout and key projects at the base did not match so well with the athletic strengths of China, and that the base construction influencing factor did not attain a designated standard, and that the coaches at the base did not have good makings and high scientific training capacities, and that the talent cultivation mode for the base did not adapt to the sustainable development of market economy. Therefore, the authors put forward measures such as to intensify training system reform, optimize resource configuration, exert territory advantages, adjust layout structure and optimize project setup, strengthen coach cultivation, and increase training fund, so as to establish Jiangsu as high level reserve talented person base standardization construction the persistent effect mechanism for the reference.
