摘要
为使我国体育彩票业更好地发展,提出以下建议:做好彩票立法工作,完善我国的体彩管理与运行机制;加大宣传力度,开发体彩无形资产;改善体彩发行方式,适度增加新的博彩品种,突出体育的特性。既要认识到体彩业的非生产性,又要兴利抑弊,充分发挥体育彩票业对拉动需求的有限作用,为我国的经济和体育事业发展服务。
To promote sports lottery in China, the essay put forward suggestions as follows： To strengthen the legislation can help to perfect the management and operating mechanism of sports lottery; To enhance the propaganda can be beneficial to develop the intangible assets of sports lottery; To better issue methods of sports lottery and moderately increase new types which embody sports characteristics and etc. Recognition of non - production of sports lottery is necessary, but the authors still believe that giving full play of the advantageous effect of sports lottery on spurring demand can do serve for our economic growth and sports cause development.
