摘要
针对热变形与维卡软化温度测定仪在高温段等速升温控制的误差问题,采用基于神经网络PID控制算法替代传统的PID控制算法,提高了等速升温的控制品质。介绍了神经网络PID控制算法和软硬件设计的有关问题。
Neural network-based PID control algorithm was adopted to replace the traditional PID control algorithm to solve the error of uniform velocity heating control at high temperature for the thermal deformation and Vicat softening temperature tester, which improved the control quality of uniform velocity heating. The neural network-based PID control algorithm and the related design of hardwares and softwares were introduced.
