摘要
通过双螺杆挤出机制备了聚丙烯/脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚共混物。水接触角和黏结强度测试表明:脂肪族聚氧乙烯醚含量为6%时,共混物的接触角最小,黏结强度最大;DSC分析表明:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对聚丙烯的熔融温度和结晶温度影响不大;力学测试分析表明:脂肪族聚氧乙烯醚含量为6%时,共混物的拉伸强度和弯曲强度与纯聚丙烯的相近,随其含量的增加,共混物力学性能逐渐降低。
PP/fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether blend was prepared by twin screw extruder. The test results of water contact angle and adhesive strength show that: when the content of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is 6%, the contact angle of the blend reaches the minimum value, the adhesive strength reachs the maximun value; the DSC analysis shows that fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether has little effect on the melting temperature and crystallization temperature; the test results of mechanical property show that: when the content of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is 6%, the tensile strength and flexible strength of the blend are similar to those of pure PP, with the increase of its content, the mechanical property decreases.
