摘要
陕西省政府提出"工业强省"的发展战略,工业已经占到支配和主导地位,特别是能源化工、装备制造等工业产业已成为促进陕西经济发展的支柱产业。通过偏离份额分析技术,分析陕西工业支柱产业的国家增长份额、产业结构效应、竞争效应和配置效应,根据国家统计局颁布的工业企业经济效益考核指标体系,运用因子分析方法对工业支柱产业的经济效益进行综合评价。提出改造提升传统产业,调整支柱产业的思路,以供政府参考。
Shaanxi provincial government put forward development strategies of industry, which has been accounted for dominant position in all economic growth factors, particularly in the circumstances of the major pillar industry including equipment manufacturing industry and energy chemicals being a very essential element for the economic＂ development of Shaanxi province. The＂ paper analyses Growth in the share of the country, industry structure effect, competition effect and allocation effect of Shaanxi industry using the method of static shift-share analysis, and evaluates economic benefit of the major pillar industry of Shaanxi industrial using factor analysis method, according to comprehensive indicator system of industrial economic results evaluation issued by National Bureau of statistics. Through analysis, the paper get the conclusion as it is important of transforming and upgrading the traditional industry, pillar industries adjustment for the Shaanxi economic development.
