摘要
对含金复杂铜硫精矿进行了热压氧氨法脱硫,研究了氧气分压、氨初始浓度、浸取温度和反应时间等因素对硫转化率的影响。当氧压为0.55MPa、NH3为50g/l时,硫转化率可达68%。脱硫预处理后金的氰化浸出率由30%左右提高到90%以上。
The desulfurization from complex Cu-S concentrates containing gold by hot-pressing oxygen and ammonia has been investigated. The influence of various parameters such as oxygen partial pressure, ammonia concentration, leaching time and reaction temperature on the conversion rate of sulphur in the concentrates were discussed in detail. The desulfurization rate can reach 68% in optimum conditions of 0.55MPa PO2, 50g/l NH3 and 3.5h leaching time. The cynidation leaching rate of Au from the desulfurized concentrates is up to over 90% from 30% or so.
