摘要
以ARM&Linux系统为显控平台,DSP为数据采集、处理协处理器,完成了管螺纹梳刀刀片检测仪的设计。主要介绍了该检测仪的总体设计框架,并具体论述了该检测仪的软、硬件设计。该检测仪具有检测速度快、界面友好、成本低等优点。
A measuring instrument of chaser for cutting steel pipe was presented in this paper, which used the system based on ANM Linux as the platform of data processing and display, DSP as the coprocessor of data acquisition and processing. The paper introduced the main idea for developing and described the design of hardware and software. The measuring instrument has many advantages, such as high speed, friendly GUI, low cost and so on.
