有机无机滴灌肥对加工番茄产量及果实品质的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Organic-inorganic Fertilizer with Drip Irrigation under Mulch on Yield and Fruit Quality of Processing Tomato in Field

摘要 2年内通过三种不同肥料配方在加工番茄田间试验示范,研究了肥料施用于加工番茄产量及果实品质影响。结果表明:合理施肥可有效提高加工番茄的产量,常规滴灌肥和有机无机滴灌肥分别比常规施肥增产8.0%和14.5%。有机无机滴灌专用肥可以显著降低番茄果实硝酸盐含量,提高加工番茄果实番茄红素含量,减少烂果量,同时可提高果实Vc和可溶性固形物含量,从而改善品质,为加工番茄在新疆塔城地区规模化生产的肥料运筹技术提供科学依据。 Three different fertilizer formulas were used in field experiment of catsup tomato, and yield and fruit quality of the catsup tomato were studied in two years. The results showed that the production of catsup tomato with the third treatment common drip fertilization and the forth treatment organic- inorganic fertilizer was increased effectively. They respectively increase production by 8.0% and 14.5% compared with the second treatment. The nitrate content in catsup tomato was decreased significantly , the lycopene content was increased, the rotten fruits was deduced and sugar acid ratio, Vc and soluble solid were increased by organic - inorganic special fertilizer. The quality of fruit was improved, so as to provide scientific basis for fertilizer application techniques of catsup tomato scale production in Tacheng area of Xinjiang.
