基于虚拟仪器的智能温度控制系统设计

摘要 针对电阻炉具有时滞性、时变性和非线性等特性,常规PID控制难以达到较高的控制精度,本文提出用LabVIEW开发基于模糊自整定的PID智能温度控制系统方案,论述了系统的硬件与软件的设计方法,并通过MAT-LAB仿真结果,比较模糊自整定PID控制系统与常规PID控制系统的阶跃响应曲线,仿真结果表明,本系统在超调量、控制精度、动态响应等方面比常规PID温度控制系统更具有优势. Because resistance furnace has properties of time lop, time - varying and non - linear, the conventional PID control is difficult to achieve high control accuracy. This paper uses LabVIEW to develop an intelligent temperature control system based on fuzzy self- tuning of PID, then discusses design methods of hardware and software in the system and simulation results by MATLAB,compares the step response curve of fuzzy self- tuning PID control system with conventional PID control system, the simulation results show that the system has advantages over conventional PID temperature control system in the overshoot, the control accuracy and dynamic response.
