摘要
本文在研究熔接痕的产生机理的基础上,从塑件材料、制品结构、模具设计等各环节入手,分析了影响熔接痕形成的各种条件,建立了熔接痕形成的数学模型,并提出了控制熔接痕产生的措施。
Based on the research of the formation condition of the weld line , the condition of the weld line coming into being analyzed on the aspect of material , structure , mould design ,and so on ;the mathematic model of weld line was set up ,and the corresponding control measures for the weld line were proposed.
