摘要
采用水溶性低分子量酚醛树脂固定大叶山杨(Populusdavidianavar.macrophyla)和柳杉(Cryptomeriafortunei)的木材压缩变形,制造表面压密材,并对其物理力学性能指标进行检测分析,结果如下:①随着树脂质量分数的增加,木材的增重率明显增加;②在冷水、热水恢复实验中,树脂质量分数小于5%,任一压缩率下的压缩变形都发生恢复,当树脂质量分数超过10%时,压缩变形完全被固定;③随着压缩率的增加,表面压密材的硬度、顺纹抗压强度、弹性模量和静曲强度都明显增加,当压缩率一定时。
Fixation the compressive deformation of Polar and Sugi lumber by a low molecular weight phenolformaldehyde resin(PF)in order to manufacture surface compressed wood was studied in this paper.Some physicalmechanical properties of the products also were measured and analysed.The results obtained were as follows:①The weigh percent gain(WPG)increased with resin concentration.②In cold and boiling water recorery test,the compressed wood would recover from surface layer when the resin mass fraction was less 5%.The compressive deformation permanently were fixed when the resin mass fraction was above 10%.③The hardness,the compressed strength to parallel the grain,the modulus of elasticity and the modulus of rupture of the products increased with increasing compression set.The change of resin mass fraction affected a little on the physicalmechanical properties of the products when the compression set were determined.
