冲动性购买行为对重复购买意愿的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国社会经济的发展,冲动性购买在日常购买活动中所占的比率越来越大。然而,已有研究中将冲动性购买与重复购买意愿结合起来同步分析的较少。在文献综述的基础上,构建冲动性购买对重复购买影响的研究模型,通过实证分析表明,企业应针对消费者不同的冲动特质采取不同的营销策略,提高消费者的满意度。
