摘要
利用具有环保、抗菌和吸湿等服用特性的竹浆纤维开发设计出保健、舒适、美化等功能的披肩产品。介绍了竹浆纤维披肩的纺纱、织造、后整理等加工工艺流程和工艺参数,重点探讨了两种染色工艺的具体操作要求和工艺技术参数。指出为了有利于生产和保证产品质量,张力、车速等参数应偏低掌握,相对湿度以65%~70%为宜,不可使用强碱。
Beautiful , health - care and comfortable shawl product is designed and developed by using bamboo pulp fiber characteristic of wet absorbing, anti - bacteria and environment protection. In this paper are introduced the process flow and technological parameters in spinning, weaving and after - finishing of bamboo pulp fiber made shawl with its focus on the discussions of the practical operations and processing parameters of two different dyeing processing technologies. The parameters of tension and the machine speed should be kept at a comparatively low level whilst relative humidity should be controlled between 65% and 70%, and a strong alkali should not be used during the process. This will help in raising shawl product quality and its production.
