摘要
通过生产实践研究制定了Outlast纤维混纺织物的前处理、染色和后整理工艺。结果表明:Outlast纤维混纺织物不宜在高温和强碱性条件下进行精练和漂白处理,不能进行丝光处理,机械轧光整理对Outlast纤维中的微胶囊有一定的破坏作用。其混纺织物的染色工艺和粘胶纤维混纺织物类似,而其后整理工艺则和普通纯棉或涤/棉混纺织物大致相同。
The pre - treatment and dyeing and finishing processes of Outlast blended fabric have been investigated through practical production. The result shows that： it is not suitable for Outlast blended fabric to be scoured or bleached under high temperature and with strong alkali conditions. Mercerizing of the fiber is to be prohibited whilst mechanically calendering may damage the microcapsules in the fiber. The dyeing process of Outlast blended fabric is similar to that of viscose blended fabric and its after finishing is same as that of pure cotton or polyester/cotton fabrics.
