摘要
在HXFA299型精梳机上通过合理组合,对4种不同梳理度下精梳条棉结含量进行了研究,结果表明,锡林的梳理度对精梳条的质量指标有明显的影响,其中对棉结的影响最为强烈。同时又利用瑞士立达E62型精梳机进行了不同针面包围角(瓦维奥VAR IO 9095/90°型锡林与1295/112°型锡林)梳理效果的研究;在针面包围角相同的情况下,利用E62型精梳机进行梳理度不同的3种不同型号的锡林纺纱实验研究。通过各种对比实验研究发现,锡林梳理度对精梳条的棉结含量改善效果明显。
Through reasonably arrangement of HXFA299 comber, the quality of combed slivers of four different carding degrees was studied with the result showing that the carding degree of cylinder greatly effects the combed sliver quality and the contained neps （cnt/g）. The carding effect of E62 comber with cylinder of different wire face angles （ VARIO 9095/90°and 1295/112°） was also carried out. Yarn spinning was finally experimented by use of E62 comber of 3 different carding degrees and different wire face angles. Comparison of all the experiments indicates that the carding degree of cylinder can obviously improve the contained neps （cut/g） of the combed sliver.
