摘要
浆纱工序是生产汉麻/棉混纺纱织物的关键工序,针对汉麻/棉混纺纱毛羽多、弹性差等特点,通过对浆纱断裂强力、断裂伸长率、上浆率、回潮率以及原纱与浆纱的毛羽、耐磨、断裂强力等对比分析,最终确定了适于汉麻/棉混纺纱上浆工艺的配方。
Sizing processing is a key process in producing hemp/cotton fabric. To improve hemp/cotton blended yarn＇s characters of more hairiness and bad elasticity, etc, and based on the comparison of sized yarn＇s breaking strength, breaking elongation, size pickup and regain against raw yarn＇s hairiness, weariness and breaking strength, etc, a best sizing formulation of hemp/cotton blended yarn is determined.
