摘要
目的观察鼻三针配合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用鼻三针配合穴位贴敷;对照组口服西替利嗪片。结果随访6个月,治疗组总有效率为78.1%,对照组总有效率为46.7%。两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论鼻三针配合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎总有效率优于药物治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jin＇s nasal three-point needling plus acupoint application in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group received Jin＇s nasal three-point needling plus acupoint application and the control group took Cetirizine tablets. Results A six months＇ follow-up showed that the total efficacy rate was 78.1% in the treatment group and 46.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）; the total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Jin＇s nasal three-point needling plus acupoint application has a marked therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis.
