摘要
运用数据包络分析模型计算了最近两年我国国有及国有控股工业企业和私营工业企业不同行业的相对效率,发现这两年能达到效率最优的行业中,私营的比国有的个数将近多25%。就整个工业来讲,私营的比国有的效率高。私营的行业总体上在2006年取得了效率的进步,提升了生产前沿面。比较了这两种所有制的各行业综合效率、技术效率和规模效率的状况,从而得出了若干针对不同行业提高效率的建议。
Based on using the Data Envelopment Analysis model, the authors calculated the relative efficiency of state-owned ＆ state-holding industrial enterprises and private industrial enterprises in different industrial sectors from 2005 to 2006, and found that among the best sectors,the number of the private enterprised had nearly 25% more than the state-owned. Taking the industry as a whole,the private had higher efficiency than the state-owned. The private made some progress on efficiency by 2006 and raised the production frontier. Their Comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency had also compared, and some proposals were gained for different sectors.
