摘要
直肠腺类癌(隐窝细胞癌),生物学行为介于类癌与腺癌之间,病情进展缓慢,本文报道2例患者经规范治疗后迅速复发及转移,复发转移后对术后辅助治疗无效,临床上实属罕见.
Pathogenetic condition of the rectal adenocarcinoid （pit cell carcinoma） whose biologic behavior is between carcinoid and adenocarcinoma develop relatively slowly. After operation treatment, two cases were found with quick recurrence and metastasis, and adjunctive therapy was ineffective for these two cases. These cases are rare seen clinically.
