摘要
本文研究了沙棘浆果ＳＯＤ的纯化方法。沙棘ＳＯＤ粗提液经丙酮分级沉淀，ＤＥＡＥ─纤维素柱层析二步纯化得到单一谱带，经ＰＡＧＥ和ＮＢＴ活性染色，呈现出一条活性谱带。
