摘要
目的了解西安地区两所大学教师血脂水平,分析检测结果,为心脑血管病的预防和控制提供基础数据。方法用酶法(COD—PAP法)检测血清总胆固醇(TC),用酶法(GPO—PAP法)检测血清三酰甘油(TG),用选择性抑制法(SPD法)检测高密度脂蛋白胆目醇(HDL—C)。用表面活性剂清除法(SUR法)检测低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)。检测对象按年龄、性别分成30~39岁、40~49岁、50~59岁、60~69岁22.70岁以上5组,结果进行统计学分析。结果1641名教师,男867人,女774人。TC:男性随年龄增长而降低,女性50岁前降低,50岁后增高,60~69岁72.70岁以上男女比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。其余年龄组男女比较差异无统计学意叉(P〉0.05);TG:随年龄增长男性下降,女性增高;各年龄段男女比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。HDL—C:男女随年龄增长均增高;50~59岁男女比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);其余年龄段男女比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。LDL—C:男女随年龄增长无变化;60~69岁,男女比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);其余年龄段男女比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论血脂水平男性随年龄下降,女性50岁后增高,因此青年男性和绝经期后女性更应注意血脂异常防治。
Objective To find out the level of blood lipid in professors of some universities of Xi'an,to analyze the testing results and to provide base data for the prevention and control of cardiocerebravascular diseases. Methods Triacylgcerol (TG) and total cholesterol(TC)were detected by enzyme methods. High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was test- ed by the selective suppression methods(SPD),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was tested by surfaetant elimination (SUR). Subjects were Classified into 5 groups ,including groups of 30- 39,40-49,50-59,60-69 and over 70 years,according to age and gender. Results were analyzed by statistics. Results A total of 1 641 subjects were enrolled from 2 universities in Xi'an city,including 867 males and 774 females. TC..Decreasing with aging in males as well as in fe- males before the age of 50 years but increasing after 50, there were significant difference between males and females in groups of 60 and above (P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences between males and females in other age groups (P 〉0.05). TG:Decreasing with aging in males but increasing in females, there were significant differences between males and females in all age groups (P〈0. 05). HDL-C:Increasing with ageing in both males and females,there were significant difference between males and females in groups of 50~59 (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences between males and females in other age groups (P〉0. 05). LDL-C :No changing with ageing in both males and females ,there were signifi- cant difference between males and females in groups of 60~69(P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences between males and females in other age groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion There has been more and more anomalous blood lipid in the young males and menopause females. Therefore,they need to prevent and control their anomalous blood lipid more atten- tively.
