广州地区耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的分子流行病学研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的对广州地区2008年分离的132株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)进行基因分型研究,以了解当年广州地区MRSA的流行情况。方法联合采用多位点序列分型(MLST)以及金黄色葡萄球菌染色体mec盒分型(SCCmec)方法对以上菌株进行基因分型。结果132株MRSA中有123株是ST239-MRSA—Ⅲ型;另外,也分别检测到3株是ST239-MRSA—ⅢA型、2株是ST865-MRSA—Ⅲ型、1株是ST864-MRSA—Ⅳ型、1株是ST188-MRSA-I型以及ST217-MRSA—Ⅳ型1株。结论ST239-MRSA—Ⅲ型是广州地区2008年MRSA分布的主要菌型。 Objective To genotype 132 methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) isolates collected in Guangzhou in 2008 and to understand the epidemiology of MRSA. Methods Multilocus sequence typing (MLST) and staphylococcal chromosome cassette mec (SCCmec) typing methods were used to genotype the above isolates. Results ST239-MRSA- Ⅲ (93%) was the most prevalent genotype among the Guangzhou isolates while ST239-MRSA-ⅢA, ST865-MRSA-Ⅱ, ST864-MRSA-Ⅳ ,ST188-MRSA- Ⅰ ,and ST217-MRSA- Ⅳ genotypes were also detected. Conclusion ST239-MRSA-Ⅲ genotype was prevalent in Guangzhou in 2008.
