摘要
以酒石酸酯为手性助剂,以2萘甲醚为原料,经溴化、酰化、缩合、不对称α溴化、水解、重排及脱溴选择性合成(S)萘普生.
A highly enantioselective synthesis of (S)Naproxen,based on the use of tartaric acid ester as chiral auxiliary, from 2methoxynaphthene via bromination,acylation,condensation,diastereoselective αbromination,hydrolysis,rearrangement and debromination was described in this paper.
