摘要
在农村医疗卫生事业发展过程中,政策法规起到十分关键的作用。我国已经建立起了较为完善的卫生法律体系,但农村卫生立法仍然较为薄弱,农民的健康保障问题依然十分突出。本文在分析我国农村医疗卫生事业发展现状的基础上,就新农村合作医疗、农村救助等制度的相关政策法规作了分析,并在此基础上提出部分政策思考和建议。
In rural medical care development policies and regulations play an important role. In China a well - functioning legal system for medical care has been established. Nevertheless, problems do exist in rural areas. This paper makes a study on policies and regulations concerning such issues as cooperative medical care agencies and medical relief.
