偶联剂表面处理对钛白粉及其色母粒性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 采用钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、铝锆酸酯偶联剂及硅烷偶联剂对金红石型钛白粉进行了有机表面处理,研究了不同偶联剂表面处理对钛白粉亲油化度以及亲水性的影响。以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为载体树脂,PE蜡为分散剂,钛白粉为着色剂制备白母粒,研究了表面处理对母粒流动性的影响以及偶联剂用量对母粒遮盖力及着色力的影响,通过母粒制备聚乙烯薄膜,采用光学显微观察了表面处理后钛白粉的分散情况。实验结果表明:采用偶联剂对钛白粉进行表面处理后,钛白粉具备了较好的亲油化度,钛白粉表面由亲水性转为疏水性,表面处理后母粒的遮盖力及着色力提高,钛白粉的分散性得到改善。 The titanium dioxide was surface treated by titanate coupling agent, aluminate coupling agent, aluminum zirconium coupling agent and silane coupling agent. The effect of coupling agent on the hydrophilic and lipophilic degree of titanium dioxide was studied ; the masterbatch was prepared from low density polyethylene (LDPE), dispersant and titanium dioxide, the effect of the content of coupling agent on the hiding power and tinctorial power of masterbatch was studied; the dispersion of titanium dioxide was investigated The result showed that the titanium dioxide got better lipophilic degree and the surface of titanium dioxide changed to hydrophobic when the titanium dioxide was surface treated, meanwhile, the hiding power and tinctorial power of masterbatch were improved, the dispersion of titanium dioxide was also improved.
