摘要
目的：通过辨证分型，观察湿秘治疗疗效，并探讨用药规律。方法：将30例患者通过辨证分为脾虚湿困、湿热蕴结2种证型，并给予相应治疗。结果：经过1～2个疗程治疗后，痊愈6例，显效9例，有效12例，无效3例，总有效率为90％。结论：中医辨证施治“湿秘”有较好的疗效。
Objective： to observe the clinical curative effect of Damp constipation and to approach its medication rules with the method of differentiation of symptoms and signs. Methods： to classify 30 cases into two types - - spleen in deficiency and dampness and internal accumulation of damp - heat and then apply different therapies. Result： it is shown that there are 6 cases for recovery, 9 cases for marked effect, 12 cases for validity and 3 cases in vain after 1 - 2 courses of the treatment. Conclusion ： Treatment based on syndrome differentiation has a good curative effect for Damp constipation.
