摘要
在气相中用生物酶催化底物反应对生物反应器设计来说有许多优于液相反应的优点。迄今为止,在气相中进行酶催化的工作还很有限,需要更多的工作以研究其反应动力学和产率。
The biocatalysis of substrates in the gas phase may offer advantages over many conventional solution based reactions,both in bioreactor and in analytical devices to accommodate this new technoloy.To date,howewver,the range of the reseach is limited.Further work is required to do for the kinetic and productivity of such system.
