摘要
本文分析了空气和水的热、质交换过程,在遵循能量守恒和物质守恒定律基础上,建立了逆流密闭式冷却塔淋水填料热、质交换的数学模型。利用迭代法,通过计算机程序求解模型,并进行了实验验证。研究结果表明:数学模型计算所得到的计算值与实验测量值进行比较,偏差在0.25%以内,说明本文所建立的数学模型在密闭式冷却塔中是合理的,是满足实际工程需要的。
A mathematical model based on the conservation equations of mass and energy was developed and solved oy an iterative method using computer program in the closed type cooling tower. There is reasonable agreement from the comparison between the measured data and predicted results. The results show that there is a deviation within 0.25 % between the values calculated from mathematical model and the experimental values. It verifies that the mathematical model is reasonable and the results meet the requirements of the project.
